Preston Hollow
Women's Club

Welcome to Our Circle of Friendship!

Preston Hollow Women's Club
is located in the heart of Preston Hollow, a Dallas suburb.  Our club is open to women in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas; specifically within the boundaries of LBJ, NW Hwy, Central Expwy, and Midway Rd.  We are a social and philanthropic organization that promotes a strong neighborhood through its various programs, philanthropic projects, and special interest groups.  Our philanthropy projects support Preston Hollow Elementary School through fundraisers and by providing various supplies.   Our special interest groups provide many avenues of interest and interaction for members, such as book clubs, wine tastings, biking, golf, gardening, bridge, bunco, and other fun activities.

The Christie's office in Highland Park Village is the epicenter of art-world influences from private, trade and institutional circles. NYC-based Richard Nelson is Senior Specialist with focus on Interiors and Special Collections.

He will provide an insider view of Texas collections that Christie's has brought to auction, including:  the Van Cliburn Estate, the Betty Gertz "Hatcher" Collection, the Crespi Estate Collection and Property from the Collection of Elizabeth "Betty" Brooke Blake.

He will also share insights on the May 2018 "sale of the century" -- The Peggy & David Rockefeller Collection, to date the largest art auction of all time -- as well The Private Collection of President and Mrs. Ronald Reagan, which achieved 100% of the 702 lots sold.

Program will also include a Q&A!  What’s hot in the auction market for your own valuables?

Please note:

It is important that you register in advance of the meeting, so that the Arrangements Committee can have sufficient seating and refreshments for everyone.  Likewise, if you have registered and cannot attend, please change your RSVP by emailing one of the Arrangements Committee chairs, Teri O'Donnell teriodonnell5@gmail.comor Stephanie Adams Davenport
